Warehouse Supervisor

📍 Location: Tolka Valley Business Park, Dublin 11

⏰ Hours: Full-Time | Sunday-Thursday | Day Shift (with flexibility required during peak periods)

Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for your next challenge? The Fruit People are looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to support the day-to-day running of our warehouse.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, leading a team, maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring our fresh produce meets the highest quality standards before reaching our customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

📦 Supervising the daily operations of the warehouse and supporting the Warehouse Manager & the wider team.

👥 Leading, motivating and developing a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily operational targets.

🍏 Ensuring all fresh produce is inspected and meets our quality standards before dispatch.

📊 Managing inventory, carrying out cycle counts, investigating stock discrepancies and maintaining excellent stock accuracy.

📋 Monitoring warehouse KPIs, completing reports and maintaining accurate operational records.

🚛 Coordinating the picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.

⚠️ Promoting Health & Safety, Food Safety and company procedures across the warehouse.

🤝 Working closely with Procurement, Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

📈 Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce waste and continuously improve processes.

🚚 Supporting delivery operations when required and deputising for the Warehouse Manager during periods of absence.

What We're Looking For:

👥 Previous experience leading warehouse teams in a supervisory role.

📦 Experience managing inventory and warehouse operations.

🍏 A strong eye for detail with a passion for quality.

📊 Confident using Microsoft Excel and reporting on operational KPIs.

🚀 Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

💪 A proactive leader who motivates others and leads by example.

🚚 Full clean Category B driving licence preferred.

🎯 Experience within food, fresh produce or FMCG is advantageous but not essential.
