Coffee Account Manager

The Fruit People · Dublin · €40,000 base salary · €75,000+ OTE (Uncapped Commission)

About The Fruit People

We look after over 1,000 workplaces across Dublin with fresh fruit, specialty coffee, snacks, office catering, and fully managed kitchens. Over ten years we’ve grown mostly through referrals and great service. Coffee is now one of our biggest growth areas, and we’re looking for someone who loves great coffee and loves looking after people.

The Role

You’ll own and grow our coffee clients across Greater Dublin. That means building strong relationships with office managers and facilities teams, making sure their machines and coffee are always spot on, and finding ways to do more for them, from adding a second machine to bringing in our fruit, snacks, and catering.

You’ll also help bring in new coffee clients, often through our free in-office coffee tastings. Pouring great coffee for a team is the best way we know to show what we can do.

Coffee is your lead, but you can sell our full range, and growing accounts into bigger packages is how you’ll really grow your earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management: Look after a portfolio of coffee clients with regular visits and check-ins, making sure they’re happy, well supplied, and getting the most from their service.

Account Growth: Spot opportunities to upgrade machines, add locations, or introduce fruit, snacks, catering, and managed kitchens to existing clients.

Coffee Supply & Care: Set up recurring bean orders based on each client’s consumption, and keep an eye on machine performance, cleaning, and servicing so problems are caught early.

Coffee Tastings: Run in-office tastings for prospects and existing clients that showcase our coffee, our service, and our wider range, then follow up to turn interest into trials and contracts.

New Business: Follow up on inbound leads and referrals, and build relationships with new offices through visits and outreach.

Proposals & Renewals: Put together proposals for machine purchase or rental, handle renewals, and help clients move across from existing suppliers.

CRM: Keep HubSpot up to date so every account and opportunity has a clear next step.

Requirements

2+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B sales, ideally with responsibility for growing existing accounts.

A genuine love of coffee and solid barista skills: you can dial in espresso, steam milk properly, and make coffee for a room full of people with confidence.

Some familiarity with commercial coffee equipment, or a strong willingness to learn. We’ll train you on our machines.

Great relationship skills, comfortable with office managers, facilities leads, procurement, and executives.

Organised, reliable, and good with a CRM (HubSpot a plus).

A full, clean driving licence, as you’ll regularly be visiting clients at their premises.

Desirable

Experience in office coffee services, roasting, hospitality, or equipment sales. Barista training or SCA certification. Existing contacts among Dublin offices.

Why Join Us?

Uncapped commission, with real upside from growing accounts across our full range. A friendly, supportive team, full backing from our operations and service teams, and high visibility with leadership. And a respected brand with products people genuinely love.
